Restricted Area: The area within the City of Henry bordered on the North by Richard Street from School Street to Market Street; and on the West by Market Street from Richard Street to Water Street; and on the South by Water Street from Market Street to Main Street; and then on Cromwell Drive from Main Street to School Street at the River Bridge; and on the East by School Street from Cromwell Drive to Richard Street. Any person found to be in violation fines will be issued by Ordinance #1424
