If you are a Henry resident or business owner, please use this form to add or change a business listing, notify the Web Master that you have photographs for the site or notify of broken links. Please note that all changes should come through this form or through the City Clerk's office.

New businesses must have a Henry address and must contact the Henry City Clerk's office at (309) 364-3056. All businesses must include a Henry business address or they will not be added. We will not change a business listing except through the business owner or officer of the organization submitting the information themselve either through this form or submitting changes to City Hall.

Organizations and businesses should review their pages periodically to ensure the information is current. If an organization lists their officers, please advise yearly of the changes. If an updated officer list is not updated within a reasonable time, the list will be removed. We are not responsible for incorrect information and rely on businesses and organizations to contact us about changes.

Please note that your name, Email address, and phone number are required fields in case there are questions. We will not include the Email addresses on the site unless you insist.
